This service provides consultative geriatrics medical care for older adults for managing complex health needs through a traditional, evidence-based medical care approach. Primary care may be considered in certain situations.

Consultations include

- Medication review and optimization

- Guidance for caregivers and families

- Planning for care in later years

- Cognitive evaluation when needed

- Capacity evaluation when needed
